We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help our clients succeed & grow their business by using our SEO solution.
Customer Success Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding users through our features and service.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with email communication software. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, phone or live chat
- Handle regular phone calls with clients
- Identify customer needs and help customers have the best experience of our service.
- Update our internal databases with outstanding work needed for clients.
- Monitor customer feedback and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Provide clients with reports & weekly documents.
- Follow up with customers.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Experience as a Customer Success/Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using email software and support tools
- Understanding of how client management works
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Passionate about helping small businesses succeed online
